rubbish quality small bathroom
the water park was next door and now the hotel owns it.
The room wasn't in the main hotel. It was in the apartments 500m away (quite a hike when thirsty). the kids' beds were of rubbish quality and very small. the bathroom wasn't tidy, and i kept seeing beetles-a definite red flag.

convenient location helpful staff broken sauna old bed
The location of this hotel is convenient. A supermarket is just across the street. Several restaurants are also nearby. The hotel has clean pools and a waterpark the kids loved. I also found staff very helpful and polite. The room featured a nice balcony.
The sauna and jacuzzi were out of service. I found the beds to be old and broken. My child had a piece of stone to sleep on. Our front door was broken. We had issues getting in.

dirty carpets limited drinks
the breakfast and dinner were excellent.
the carpets in the lift were dirty and clearly hadn't been vacuumed during my 6-night stay. my room looked tired and lacked cleanliness. the drinks included with the all-inclusive package were disappointing because not everything was included.

dusty balcony faulty sockets
the pool and water park were acceptable.
the room was not clean. the balcony was dusty and windows looked unwashed for years. electrical sockets were faulty and the fridge was empty, though a welcome note promised soft drinks.
